Developmental aid involves providing financial, technical, or material assistance from one entity to another, with the goal of fostering economic growth and enhancing living standards. This aid primarily targets developing countries, addressing challenges like poverty, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

A private city refers to a city that is owned, developed, and operated exclusively by private individual and/or organizations (usually companies). Within the city, the operators provide all public services and have some power to establish their own sets of rules that differ from the laws of the country it is in.

Neurodivergent refers to individuals whose neurological development and functioning deviate from what is commonly regarded as typical or neurotypical. Those identified as neurodivergent may experience conditions such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dyslexia, among others.

You are an upcoming progressive political party in a conservative and highly religious country. Currently, the majority of seats in parliament are occupied by members of an influential religious party. "You believe in the teachings of a particular religion. But at the same time, you also take a position against the active exclusion of anyone who is arbitrarily deemed to have sinned (including but not limited to homosexuals, infidels, adulterers, and drinkers). 

In your religion, you are told that in Heaven, you will be close to God and your loved ones for eternity. However, you are devoid of free will and are required to be part of a fixed routine to pray, provide blessings, and carry out God’s will, at the exclusion of other people who do not strictly follow that religion. 

In Hell, you are free to commit any sins without judgment and consequences from any higher being. You will also be in the company of the group of individuals who were systematically excluded from that religion and Heaven. However, you will feel perpetually empty and devoid of the spiritual fulfillment you cherish.

Heaven and Hell are proven to exist.
